APT Solutions is a software, web and mobile development company based in Aundh, Pune, incepted in 2003. We build for manufacturing, education and professional-services businesses — systems that match how a business actually runs, not how a generic package assumes it runs.

Built and rebuilt against real shop floors — sub-contracted labour, tool life, dimensional QC, multi-branch despatch. Every clause below shipped in a live deployment, not a feature wishlist. This is three minutes of it, recorded on an actual client system:
Know who touched the part
- Four supplier types tracked separately — raw material, an operations sub-contractor billing you for labour only, a production supplier who takes your material back finished, and consumables
- Purchase orders and delivery challans generated against each supplier type
- Semi-finished parts can move supplier-to-supplier directly, without routing back through your own stores first
What ran, and how well
- Daily production logged against the schedule — part by part, machine by machine
- Scrap recorded in kilograms against the same production entry, not as an afterthought report
- Operator-wise performance — quantity produced against the ideal quantity for that operation
- A Tool History Card per press tool — loading/unloading dates, production run against tool life, remaining life to the next regrind
Checked before it ships
- In-process quality control and a Goods Receipt check (GRR) on incoming material
- A Pre-Despatch Report that checks every dimension on the drawing — flatness, cosmetics, size — against standard and min/max tolerance, logged pass or fail before the part leaves
- Raw-material traceability carried through from PO to finished part
One system, several plants
- One deployment, several branches — each with its own login and its own data
- Schedule-vs-Despatch and Customer-vs-Despatch reports, so a delay shows up as a chart, not a surprise at month-end
- Import existing invoice data straight from Excel or Tally
- Role-based logins and a menu-driven database backup an admin can run without calling us

Payroll for labour contractors
- Built for a manpower agency — a contractor who keeps workers on its own payroll but places them at different client companies, each with its own rules for wages, leave, attendance and bonus. The system calculates all of it per the placement company's rules, not one fixed policy
- Regular salary — up to ~55 employee fields, auto-generated appointment, experience and resignation letters, PF/ESI/professional-tax deductions
- Reports — payslips, wage sheets, bank & NEFT statements, ECR text files, PF/ESI/LWF statements
- Advances recovered automatically in fixed instalments; leave & bonus (8.33% of Basic+DA) calculated the same way
- Full & final settlement — gratuity and leave balance computed automatically when a contract ends
School ERP
- Admissions — online forms, staff verification, online fee payment, SMS alerts
- Fees — auto-assigned receivables, daily bank reconciliation, 8–10 report types
- Office — bonafide & leaving certificates, mark lists, SARAL/Apar/UDISE/RTE data exports
- Transport — bus routes, stops and route-wise fee reports
- Results — roll numbers, attendance SMS to parents, online mark statements
Current builds, and the legacy work we still keep running.
A costing system for Kirloskar Oil Engines and a payroll & incentive system for the Kirloskar Group's Mahila Udyog were both built in FoxPro — that's history now, not a build we'd propose today. But we still maintain both, which is the point: "legacy" is a support commitment here, not an apology.
